Thank you for your inquiry! The Insignia™ 165-Can Built-In Beverage Cooler has a minimum height of 34 5/16 inches, which is the lowest it can be adjusted. Unfortunately, it cannot be lowered to exactly 34 inches. This might be slightly higher than the standard cabinet height of 34 1/2 inches without flooring. Keith | Insignia Support
