“Do you have to have the door handle installed? Would prefer not to have handle but need to know cosmetic wise if there are wholes there for the handle to be installed. Thanks”

There are two small holes on the front of the door to mount the handle that will show if you don’t use the handle. If you’re putting the refrigerator under a counter I recommend using the handle as the door will be somewhat difficult to open without it.
