“For the Insignia 17cu.ft standing freezer it said to remove all foam from the fridge/freezer. Does that mean the dark grey foam at the back by all the components as well? I haven't even used it yet so I would die if I wrecked it.”

• I did not see any foam. Are you referring to the little door in the back? If so, I’ve never opened it. Sorry, can’t answer since I never so the foam. I guess they removed it when they installed it.
