- Answer We lost one of the hex screws also. If you still have Quick Set Up guide that came in a clear plastic cover, there are 2 replacement hex screws along with the 2 extended screw heads in a small plastic pouch. It also contained the hex wrench.

QuestionWe are missing or have lost the "screw adapters" (2) that mount the handle to the door. How do we get these? These pieces go between the threaded mounting holes on the door and the hex-key holes on the handle. Thanks! :) ~Mark

QuestionThe outside display fades out and now is no longer coming on.. The freezer is still keeping items frozen.. It will come on then fade out like the battery needs to be changed out. Any assistance will help

- Answer The display does not stay on constantly, only a small blue led light to let you know it has power. The display will light up anytime you press a button or open the door, but then will turn off after a few minutes or less.

- Answer We have been using ours for a little over a month now and just love it! We used the factory default of 0°F. This is what I found online using the Google AI which by the way I think it's terrific.
