QuestionThis unit runs more than not. Left side is warm to the touch very often throughout the day and night. It also has a 'groaning' sound while running. Noise is loud enough to keep me up at night. Any of this normal?

- Answer I would have to say that the groaning sound may be normal since I currently have the same problem. I am now waiting for a service repair which has just been changed from 12/26/19 to 2/6/20

- Answer Stand by stops cooling & puts on hold. Sort of like Off. But not same as pulling plug. Manual tells. If power goes out, will not restart. Must pull plug & start up yourself.

- Answer I don't know the warmest setting in terms of temperature, but it is a freezer, and anything in it will be below the freezing point (32 degrees) per my understanding.
