- Answer Stand by stops cooling & puts on hold. Sort of like Off. But not same as pulling plug. Manual tells. If power goes out, will not restart. Must pull plug & start up yourself.

- Answer I don't know the warmest setting in terms of temperature, but it is a freezer, and anything in it will be below the freezing point (32 degrees) per my understanding.

- Answer They will set up fridge for you. If you fridge has ice maker, I believe you had to pay for installation. You also have to pay to have old fridge hauled away.
