We have the same problem with our's and it has caused us to lose a lot of produce :-( We had a great tech come to the house and he pointed out that it is a design flaw - as our crisper drawers do not have vents and the cooling elements are directly behind the produce drawers. Super frustrating. We have other issues with this fridge and after four tech visits for a fridge that is less than a year old (!) - we were approved for a complete replacement.

Temperature Setting: If the refrigerator temperature is set too low, it can cause the crisper drawer to become too cold. Ensure the temperature is set to the recommended level, usually around 37-40°F (3-4°C). 2. Airflow Issues: Blocked or restricted airflow can lead to uneven cooling. Make sure the vents inside the refrigerator are not obstructed by food items. 3. Damaged Seals: If the seals around the crisper drawer are damaged or not sealing properly, cold air can leak into the drawer, causing freezing. Check the seals and replace them if necessary. 4. Thermostat Problems: A malfunctioning thermostat can cause the refrigerator to cool excessively. If you suspect this, it might be worth having a technician inspect and possibly replace the thermostat. 5. Location of the Drawer: Sometimes, the placement of the crisper drawer in relation to the cooling vents can cause it to get colder than other areas. Try rearranging the contents to see if it helps. If these steps don't resolve the issue, it might be best to contact our customer support for further assistance.
