“I bought this fridge two days ago. Since day 1 exterior of refrigerator is hot. I read in the manual that's "normal" but why is the exterior still hot on the second day? My old fridge never has this problem....PLEASE HELP....”

There is a condenser around the fridge on two sides, seems that this is a different cooling type compared with your old fridge. This is normal. David M. - Insignia Support
