A:AnswerThe legs angled a bit and are about 13.5 inches apart in front and 11 inches in the back. I didn't measure it,but they don't add much at all to the height. In total, it is 12" tall with the legs on it.
A:AnswerNo there is not enough space to fit much more that a piece of paper between the feet and the tabletop. You would need to have the tv feet stand on the dvd player and it will have to be next to the tv.

A:Answerbecause of the stand legs that are included are so far apart it will not. I have tried it myself. Wound up putting the DirecTV Standard receiver beside the tv on top of my dvd player.
