• It will not turn off automatically. I just purchased this and am returning it because I cannot program my vizio TV to control the soundbar. You have to use the remote that it comes with which is not very convenient

• My soundbar will pair with Xfinity cable remote. So it comes on with the tv. The volume works with the cable remote too.

• My 2.0 Insignia soundbar will not turn on automatically with a Vizio TV, but it does shut down after several minutes of no input signal on the RCA analog input.
