Hello, thank you for the question. When the Insignia 2.0 sound bar is programmed to power on with the Xfinity remote, it may switch inputs automatically which can cause the TV audio not to play. Please make sure the sound bar is set to the correct input such as HDMI ARC or optical after powering on.
