• Use the headphone/speaker output and you have 2 stage amplification. It'll do well.

• Yes; It will definitely boost the sound. I had a TV that did not have good sound quality. The bass is intense though; I would place something underneath the bar to help with the vibration that moves the bar.

• This is a very small unit and not recommended for a large room. It works well in a small bedroom. Would not recommend for playing music loud.

• The TV volume and the external speakers are separately controled. So you have to cut one set off with one remote then the other on or switch them with the orther remote or leave them both on and yes they are loud enough!
