I feel that a soundbar should have enough volume and certain amount of base and treble for you to enjoy what ever type of music your listening to.your decision on weather you should keep or return you soundbar should be base on what makes you feel comfortable with.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had this same problem as well.. It turned out to be the volume on the TV was too low.. I have a 2009 Insignia TV, so all I did was while the Bluetooth was working, I took my remote for the TV and put it at 100 volume.. then then muted it then raised and lowered the Bluetooth sound bars volume and it worked perfectly... I read up on this as well and some TV's you have to go into the settings and set the default sound output to a certain setting .. Since I do not have the patience at this time to go into my TV settings and try to figure out which one goes to what port.. the above paragraph works for me
