Definitely too small. I've tried several bars with my 43 LG 4K tv & the absolute BEST product out there is the VIZIO SB2920-C6 29-Inch 2.0 Channel bar. You won't regret it!

The sound will depend on the size of the room more than the TV size. I would go up personally because the bigger sound bars are sooooo worth the money. The insignia 2.0 bigger bluetooth is excellent. I got it for under $100.

I have a 32" Smart TV, and the small soundbar did not work with it. I'm looking into purchasing a larger soundbar. . .that would be my recommendation.
