I recommend unpairing it from your mobile device and repairing it. You shoud also make sure the volume on the mobile device is all of the way up. Try some other mobile device with it also to see if that also doesn't work correctly. If it does, then the issue is with the first mobile device. If it does not work, then you may have to return or exchange the soundbar.

When connecting my phone to my car through Bluetooth if I have the volume low on my phone than I can't hear it so loud through my car speakers. Bluetooth volume is different on my phone than the normal volume when not connected to Bluetooth and playing music through my phone speakers. You might have to raise the volume on your phone when connected to the sound bar and playing music. On my phone when I'm connected to a Bluetooth speaker and raise the volume I see the Bluetooth symbol as I increase the volume and it remains at this level the next time I connect to a Bluetooth device even if I lowered the volume on my phone when I'm not connected and using the phone speakers. If this doesn't work then I'm sorry I don't know what else to say.
