“The sound is great and full when on optical output but when I go to Bluetooth and try to play music the sound is really low. I have adjusted the sound on the sound bar and my phone to all the way up, but the sound is still very low. How do I fix this?”

you have to turn the vol down on your phone so that sound can come out of sound bar
