These speakers do not require any special sound drivers since they do not plug in to your computer through USB. If you are no longer getting sound from your computer I would suggest searching for sound drivers from the computer manufacturer's website.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It's the driver for your sound card you'd need to reinstall. Nothing about the speakers. Identify the brand and model of your sound card and download the driver from the company's website. Your sound card may also be integrated with the motherboard, then you'd most likely download the driver from your computer's brand website.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. These speakers do not require a sound driver. You simply plug then into the headphone jack of you computer and turn them on with the external power supply hooked up, and turn up the volume. If that doesn't work, then right click on the speaker icon on the task bar of your PC and make sure the speaker volume on your system is not muted or turned down too low.
