Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure you are using a Bluetooth 2.1 or higher transmitter. Also the Bluetooth you are using may not be able to detect the Insignia unit. Try downloading an updated driver from the Bluetooth manufacturer. If that does not work go to Best Buy and purchase the Insignia 4.0 Bluetooth USB receiver. I'm sure that it will detect the system then.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.we had the same problem , I found that turning the computer on first then turning on the speakers seemed to work for us every time.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The blue flashes when its trying to connect via bluetooth because that is what mine does. If it works to all other devices via the AUX it might be a PC issue. Is your PC compatible and does it recognize the Insigna speakers when you plug it in? Also, is bluetooth enabled on your computer...? It might trying to connect that way versus the AUX.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It sounds like one of two things. Either the aux cable is bad or there is an issue in your control panel with choosing the proper speakers. Since it works on other devices, it sounds more like a setting on the computer. You can eliminate the aux cable as the issue by connecting it with that cable to other devices.
