Are you turning off your devices Bluetooth? This may be the problem, your device is still trying to connect to the speakers if Bluetooth is still on. I havent had this issue with the speakers but maybe thats the solution! Good luck!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello. It sounds to me as if it is not so much a problem with the speakers as it is with the device Bluetooth itself. It might be helpful to check the MANUFACTURERS website of your Bluetooth (on device not speakers) for a driver update. Also, maybe check to see if the speakers have a update for software-achieved by hard-wiring to PC by usb.
