“Why does the sound stop coming from speakers after I change the channel? Speakers are connected to an Insignia 32" tv via headphone jack and the tv is set for variable sound. Many times, when I watch tv and I change the channel, the sound stops even though the bluetooth is still connected. When I change channels again, the same thing happens. Only after I change it a third time will the sound work. I have two Insignia tvs with 2 different Insignia 2.1 speakers and the same issue is on both sets. It is random and doesnt always happen. I have swaped the speakers and its the same issue no matter what combo of tv/speaker I use. Insignia was unable to help when I contacted them.”
