• I'd suspect that something is amiss with the Bluetooth transmitter or it's driver. Try the system direct bypassing Bluetooth and see if you get sound. If you do it's a Bluetooth problem. If you don't get sound direct then your reciever is no set up right.

• Most TV's no longer have Red and White RCA for audio output. Try connecting directly to your source device to verify the soundbar is functioning.

• Be sure your television is equipped to identify Bluetooth technology. You may need to buy a Bluetooth adapter.
