Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You need to push in the little aux button on the side of the hockey puck control unit to switch over to wired. Whenever the unit is turned on it defaults to BT input.

Please try again later.It may be this simple the wire you are using to connect to your phone may not be making a full connection because the external protective case you use is to thick try taking off cover and connecting straightbto phone also remember to push button on volume pod so it glows redwhen in aux mode
