that sounds like a problem you have to attack from your Bluetooth transmitter end. there is an on off switch, volume and base knobs on the control set up, that's it. all else must be done from your transmitter. I had this issue once and I just turned them off and back on to send them back into a fresh pairing mode while looking at my computer settings.
