If one speaker is not working and everything is connected, you have a defective unit. Connection instructions are in the manual. If not functioning like manual suggests, it may be defective. TV is irrelevant here.

Please try again later.My guess on the right speaker missing is that your jack is worn and maybe only one of the stereo channels is getting connected on one end or the other - try a new patch cord. I didn't have a problem pairing this with a PC and an android phone, so I'm guessing you need to be sure the TV is looking for any Bluetooth devices. You don't say whether the Audio Pro paired with your phone for example? When I have trouble pairing I power on/off both devices sometimes that helps. Also don't hit the pair button a bunch of times, just hit it once. Hope this helps.
