• I am having big exact same problem with an insignia 3.0 external hard drive on a laptop with windows 10 I simply cannot transfer the media from the hard drive and I have no idea why I'm having this problem Trying to upload the media from the external hard drive on to the laptop and I have no idea why I'm having this problem please help !!!

• I put a new SSD drive in mine and had to set up the partitions and format it first. You may have to do a search for device under printers and devices for it to find it.
