• You can't read a Mac OS with Windows unless you have appropriate software Wrong file structure.

• The pegs unscrew, I pulled the hard drive from my Mac Mini & just used a pair of needle nose pliers to undo

• You are supposed to remove the pegs and transfer them to the new hard drive you are installing.
