If it still does not work you will need to speak to Best Buy about return/exchange (within 15 days of purchase) or Geek Squad about the warranty (within a year of purchase).

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Do a right mouse click and select disk management. This is for creating or deleting partitions on the ssd or hdd. Create and format ntfs with drive letter and Windows OS should recognize the drive. If you have installed programs that review any external pics or videos, movies, etc. than let that run first. When it is done either view the items or close the program and press the Window and E key to open Explorer to view the file contents of the drive. Hope this helps.
