- Answer You can hear it when the compressor kicks on, but it's not that loud imo... blends in with all the other quite background noises in the house.

- Answer I believe this fridge would qualify. Read the specs and descriptions that are listed when you view the item on the website. I bought this fridge because I wanted the largest that drew the least power.

QuestionCan this fridge hold a 2 liter bottle standing up?

- Answer Susan, if you remove the bottom shelf of the unit, it will fit a 2-liter. But, you'd be giving up quite a bit of shelf space. There's also a door storage area that might hold a 2-liter, but I haven't tried it. So, I'm not 100% sure. I know it can hold a 1.5 liter in the door. But, a 2-liter might be pushing it.

- Answer If fully enclosed I think not. Read the owners manual (on line) and see, but I think you will need additional ventilation.
