QuestionMy unit is EXTREMELY hot on both sides. This seems very abnormal to me. Should the unit itself get hot like that? I have sent it in for replacement. But would love others comments. Thanks

- Answer Hello, thank you for sharing your experience. It's normal if the sides get hot. In the insulated walls of the refrigerator there is a heat exchanger coil. This will produce heat. The longer your refrigerator runs the warmer the sides and top will get. However, the sides shouldn't get extremely hot. - Answer I sleep literally right next to mine near the head of my bed — I use it for baby bottles in the middle of the night — and it is ridiculously silent. It doesn’t run that often, but when I do happen to notice it, it’s just a very soft sort of frosty noise as it starts to cycle.

- Answer 15" wide, 16" high, 11" depth but the bottom shelf is only about 6 inch depth due to the compressor, etc on the bottom shelf.

- Answer Yes it can. We left ours they way it came, but it does have the holes on the other side to change how the door hinges open.

QuestionHow do you remove the can holders inside the door? I don't drink sodas and will need more space for tall bottles.

QuestionI bought this refrig today for my work, but the left side of the cabinet felt hot, maybe the compressor side? Is that normal. So I left it unplugged until I work tomorrow and can monitor it? I love it, I hope all is well with it!

- Answer Ours was hot on the outside the first day as well. I believe it was due to initially working harder to cool the fridge compartment. Since then it only gets warm on exterior when we refill and it’s working to bring contents to our desired temperature.

QuestionAfter plugging the Mini Fridge, do you have to wait a certain period before you can start putting drinks in or can drinks go in as soon as it is plugged in?

- Answer I plugged mine in at the end of the day at work and it was super cold by the next morning. It would be fine to put canned drinks or water in it right away, but I would wait for it to cool off first for milk or juice.

QuestionThe sides of the refrigerator get very warm. The refrigerator is not encased in anything and it’s not next to anything. Is this normal?

- Answer Just in case you're unaware. There is a thin plastic protective film that must be peeled off the exterior of the case. The case on our unit does run warm. This unit was purchased for my sons college dorm room. We made sure to leave ample space around the unit for ventilation.

- Answer You could get a 12 pack to sit on it’s side if you take a shelf out. We use ours exclusively as a beer fridge and take them out of the carton. It easily holds over two cases of cans

- Answer On the door it can hold 8 cans in the slotted can holders, and another 2 - 3 cans (or bottles on the door shelf. You can also line up cans on the shelves, so a 24 pack for sure!!
