“How can I set the dryer to drain with the washer? The manual didn’t make any mention of it but someone in the reviews said they had set it so he didn’t have to unload the water reservoir.”

You just need to use the thin condensation line provided and run it from the dryer into the washer drain line. You just shove it in there. There is plenty of room. Works great so that you don't have to empty the water reservoir....EVER!!!
