If you don't have a hot water faucet, you have to adjust the Temp. setting to cold, or your washer will have an Error code E10. Make sure that the water pressure is not too low. Straighten the water hose, if necessary. Make sure that the inlet valve filter isn’t blocked. For product support, please call 1-877-467-4289 available from 8am to 9pm CT daily.
