Hi Sue, thank you for letting us know your concerns. If you are experiencing an E10 it means that make sure that the water pressure is not too low. Straighten the water hose if necessary. Make sure that the inlet valve filter isn't blocked. After completing these steps, we recommend turning off the washer, waiting for about 10 minutes, and then plugging it back in.
