You will need wiring. 18AWG for runs of 10ft or less. 16AWG for runs of 10ft-50ft. 14AWG for runs of 50ft-100ft. As for if they will work with your satellite radio, that depends on the requirements and capabilities of your radio. These speakers have a 60 watt maximum with an impedance of 8 Ohms. If your radio documentation matches with those values it should work.

If the output is line level (with white and red RCA jacks) you would need an amplifier between receiver and speakers. If the output is a speaker level output, then you just need to buy whatever amount of speaker wire to connect speakers to receiver.
