It should but you'll need to get the mini adapter as I don't see it in the adapters that came with the cord

Not as it comes - you'd have to get an adaptor mini plug to fit the cordless phone which I don't see in the adapters that came with it.

It should if you connect the 3.5mm adapter to the 1/4 male but youd have to use a 1/4 Plug male Phono Headphone set with it. It also may be too heavy for the small female 3.5 mm connection on the phone and crack the internal solder joint on the audio plug on the pcb board.
