• Yes but don’t expect to get a full 20’ out of this cord. It may stretch comfortably to maybe 12’..

• You can probably stretch this to 10 feet, however it will be under some tension and will be uncomfortable due to pulling on the headphones. A better option would be an extension cord that doesn't coil up or a wireless headphone setup. If you wear hearing aids there are wireless systems for those which are available from hearing aid companies which connect to a TV using Bluetooth.
