If you read previous reviewers' questions they are asking if the refrigerator setting maintains the proper temp settings that one would expect from a refrigerator. This question is very important because the FDA recommends a temp between 35 and 38. Anything over 40 degrees can cause serious illness. Multiple users report the refrigerating setting will not get below 40 degrees. Not sure how other user's questions were answered by the manufacturer and this one was skipped?
