“One of the features states self closing freezer door but we just had the refrigerator delivered and installed but the freezer door does not self close at all. So do we have a defective unit?”

I just checked mine and have to say it will continue to close if it has enough momentum, but I do not see that it is really doing it on its own. I think it might be more like a "gentle close" than "self close". I can feel and hear the "magnet" I believe, make a good contact when it is almost closed.
