Wherever it was made the design was not properly tested. The magnetic strips do not hold the doors closed. When you open and close the refrigerator door, no matter how gently, the freezer door pops open. I couldn't figure out what was going on right away. Items in the freezer would be frosted, the ice cream would be soft one day and not the next. Now I am noticing that the crisper drawer rails are bending with the drawer only half full. The drawer does not stay on the rails now. I have only owned this refrigerator for approximately 3 months.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Those magnetic strips are not necessarily designed to hold the door closed. Many times when a freezer or refrigerator door won't stay shut, it is because the unit was not properly leveled. Make sure the refrigerator is level and this will likely stop happening. I have told this bit to several appliance customers and they always say it works.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think she should tighten things up so that they don't fall completely apart. It sounds like you need to tighten the refrigerator parts, must have gotten loose in shipment,
