A:AnswerThe remote is not voice activated. I only have it set up for streaming, so there's no guide, at least for that. It does show all your streaming apps on the home screen though.

A:AnswerTheir web site lists both 720 and 1080 models from different brands, so that consultant was probably incorrect. The 1080s are called "Full HD." The one I just got has a beautiful picture, it's a 1080.
A:AnswerI am guessing you are like my Mom and fall asleep with the television on. Both my Mom and I own this television and only my Mom has had an issue with the timer and yes it can only be set to 240 minutes. I believe the timer is triggered when the current app you are watching stops streaming for instance my mom will have Amazon Prime on Peroit and set Prime to one episode of Peroit and when that episode is over the timer starts. If my Mom falls asleep and the episode has ended then the timer will trigger and the television will turn off. If my Mom sets Peroit to streaming a season of Peroit the television timer wont start till the last episode of the season is streamed and if she falls asleep and wakes up the timer will never affect her. I work on my computer and have this television in my computer room. I use the television for background noise. I usually stream Philo live services so the stream never ends and the timer is never triggered so the television never turns off while I am working at my computer. I hope this answer gives you a workaround for your television.

A:AnswerYou can use a gaming console on this television as long as the gaming console has HDMI connections and most modern day gaming consoles do have HDMI connections. Do I recommend this television for gaming? not really but if it is all you can afford at the moment or if you want it for your child's room go for it.
