Yes I had that experience on my first time using it. But I checked the manual and it has some good guides on how to load the dishes, and that was very helpful.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I do. It's very difficult to keep them upright. I leave a couple of pegs gap between plates and if they do not stand upright then reverse them and try. Even then it seems like an uphill battle to get them aligned.
