Sounds like you need to call customer service.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Remove the bottom drain plug and let the water drain away. If you don’t have a drain, use a cookie with sides or a shallow dish. Then reinstall the bottom drain plug. Make sure that you reinstall it firmly to prevent leakage. If same issue persists, please call our customer service hot line.
