“Yesterday my new 5 mo. insignia French door fridge quit cooling.. The motor is running and led is on .there is a flashing little square on bottom of display in center flashing? Help. Nothing is cool or frozen”

Sorry, it looks like this model is a dud. Look at all of the negative reviews where this thing stopped cooling completely a year or less after people took delivery. It happened to me as well. I hope you have the replacement plan, though that process will likely take no less than 2 months from start to finish. Best of luck!
