Hi, we noticed that a few times. We had to make sure the bottom basket was closed/pushed in all the way first, every time we opened and closed the fridge. I also clicked the ice maker button on and off a few times, to “reset” idk if that did anything to help but we haven’t had anymore problems since. I’m almost certain through it has to do with the top freezer basket not being pushed in all the way. Good luck!
