• The refrigerator doors are harder to close. There is a catch that holds them closed and you have to push them closed. There is no adjustment.

• Did you try other French door refrigerators? If you aren't accustomed to using one, you may just need to get used to it. They do have more resistance than single door refrigerators. There is a little hinged piece between the two doors.
