QuestionAs I was taking all the tape off on the inside of the cooler I saw a screw at the bottom of the cooler. Does this go somewhere to hold something in place???

- Answer No screws to hold anything together. The screw was left in by mistake or came from somewhere else.

- Answer There is a deep groove along the too of the door. It runs nearly the entire width of the door so it can be used no matter which way you have the door open.

QuestionHow do you take the plug out? I have tried pulling both ends and they don't give and I'm afraid of breaking it. I don't see anything about removing the plug to plug into the wall in the QUICK SETUP GUIDE.
