Our chair is out of warranty and getting help or access to manuals has been terrible. The company sends you to an outside service agency. Parts and options are very hard to come by. The chair is an accident waiting to happen. Had I known the limited options for help and service I would not have purchased the chair.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Not sure, it happened to ours but it was under warranty. We called Insignia and they replaced the chair. If you are under warranty do that. If not see if the air pump is getting power. Ask Insignia to help you trouble shoot it. Would have to be the air pump or circuit board. We have a hot tub that I easily replaced the circuit board, should be the same here. I am following, best of luck....

Best Buy told me to contact Insignia for service. Neither one will service these chairs. Insignia pretty much told me that if it is outside the 1 year warranty there is nothing they can do for you! They should have told me that after 1 year I just throw it away!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Take heed of the advice others have given. I’m outside of the warranty and the chair is only 3 years old, and not used frequently. The arms no longer work. Best Buy could it help and it’s outside of the year warranty. Disappointing experience!
