“My massage chair is not reclining. I am currently seeing an error message or E for message on the screen. How can this be corrected? When I hit the center zero gravity button the chair does not move.”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You don't press the center button, you press on the outer ring below the center button. Press where the reclining person is shown with the arrows indicating direction of recline. The top part is pushed to get the chair back up to a point where you are upright again and can dismount. I have no idea what the center zero G button does.
