Just passed the return window of 14 days. You may get a month or two out of it. No help with issues. No warranty without taking the chair to the store (I bought mine 50 miles away) and it had to be in the original box which is huge and had a wooden bottom. Due to the size we didn’t keep it after the return window was ended. Then less than another week passed when the airbags quit. No error codes. No help from the tech support. No reset features. Found out many parts and remote is obsolete I don’t need them but many many users do after a few months. Look elsewhere. Do your research. Don’t buy this

Good luck if you're outside the warranty like I am. RUN AWAY. I'd say it has great longevity as a 200lb paperweight like I have currently.
