“I bought this on 7/31/2022. The air compression stopped working. I'm a Totaltech Member but no one (chat/phone agents) can help me get someone from Best Buy to schedule an in-home repair. Anyone experience this? Best Buy, help!”

There is no one that can repair this chair. I am on my fourth one. The compression pump has gone bad in everyone. It has a year warranty so I just keep making them give me new chairs. We had to go into store. No one could help over phone.

I chat with Bestbuy, they asked me to call the nearest Bestbuy store, the store said that they don't do in-home check, so they told me to call 1-800, then they said that I should call Insignia. I called Insignia and they asked if I called Bestbuy lol However, the guy from Insigna said that someone will email me the instructions about how to get my chair repair. I have not seen the email yet, hopefully soon.
