I am told by Insignia that this chair has been discontinued. now I have a chair that I CANNOT use. What a waste of my money.

Please try again later.This information is incorrect I have tried for 4 weeks to order a replacement remote control from your parts store and I’m being told the remote is no longer available. The company no longer makes this remote, so I am stuck with a massage chair and no remote control which means this chair is useless to me. Why would a chair be sold that you can no longer replace parts?

It is no longer available even though the chair is still sold by Best Buy. For everyone else looking... RUN away. Why spend $200 on a product that doesn't have support let alone $2500?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I bought one as identified by a previous poster. It does not work either. Screen stays dark, but I can get the chair to go forward or back with either remote. Nothing else works. Waste of another $150 on top of the price of the chair.
