Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This is a discontinued model that neither Best Buy nor Insignia will lift a finger to support. Your best bet is to search for a TV repair shop near you that will troubleshoot circuit cards down to the component level. Then hope that it's something simple like a bad solder joint in the connector.
